My Products

After you successfully login to the Service Portal, you will be redirected to the ‘My Products’ page. You can manually navigate to this page by using the navigation menu in the top right corner of the screen.

On this page you will find an overview of you JoinVision products, including product status (active/expired/locked), used and total contingent, and expiration date.

Change Product Token

You can change the access token for each product at any time by clicking this button.

By creating a new token, the old token will be invalid instantly!

Create monthly Statistics Reports (CSV)

You can generate monthly call statistics reports for your products by clicking this button and choosing the preferred date range. The reports are generated in CSV format and can easily be imported in most spread sheet applications, like MS Excel or OpenOffice Calc.
